Through yoga, I have learned to connect with my body, understand my mind, and grow in benevolence of spirit. Yoga has been a core part of my own personal growth and healing. I am a yoga teacher, and have completed more than 500 hours of training in the Iyengar tradition. I have also studied the role of yoga in psychological challenges.
I offer private yoga sessions, designed to facilitate recovery from trauma and emotional distress.
